Your journey begins with an overnight flight to Venice. After arrival, you’ll settle in and start exploring with a visit to the Rialto Bridge and a walk along the Grand Canal, capped with a welcome dinner.

In Venice, highlights include St. Mark’s Basilica, the Doge’s Palace and St. Mark’s Square, with free time to enjoy gondola rides or shopping. A Venetian food tour adds local flavor. You’ll also set out to Murano, Burano and Torcello for island hopping, with an optional Vivaldi concert in the evening.

From Venice, the trip continues to Florence by train, where you’ll enjoy sweeping city views from Piazzale Michelangelo. A full-day excursion through Tuscany includes Siena and San Gimignano. Back in Florence, you’ll visit the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and local markets.

A day trip to Cinque Terre reveals the beauty of Italy’s colorful coastal villages. You’ll also enjoy a Tuscan winery experience, exploring the region’s vineyards and sampling local wines, along with a visit to Pisa, home to the iconic Leaning Tower.

The journey concludes with a flight home, carrying lasting memories of Italy’s art, history, culture and cuisine.

Day 1 | March 26th, 2027 Travel from US to Venice

We will depart for our overnight flight to Venice

Day 2 | March 27th, 2027 Arrival in Venice, Italy

Day Overview:

Upon arrival at Venice Airport, we will transfer to our hotel and check in. After some time to rest and refresh, we’ll head out to explore two of Venice’s most iconic landmarks.

Our first stop is the Rialto Bridge, the oldest and most famous bridge across the Grand Canal, known for its elegant architecture and nearby market stalls.

We’ll then enjoy a classic Gondola Ride, offering a unique perspective of Venice as we glide through its charming canals including Grand Canal, Venice’s main waterway, lined with stunning palaces and vibrant life on the water.

Day 3 | March 28th, 2027 Icons of Venice & Culinary Delights

Day Overview:

Today, after breakfast, we’ll begin our day by exploring some of Venice’s most iconic landmarks.

We start with a visit to St. Mark’s Basilica, a masterpiece of Byzantine architecture adorned with golden mosaics and rich history.

Next, we’ll tour the Doge’s Palace, the former residence of the Doge of Venice, filled with grand halls, Renaissance art and the famous Bridge of Sighs.

We’ll then spend time in St. Mark’s Square (Piazza San Marco), the heart of Venice, where you can soak in the atmosphere, enjoy the architecture and perhaps grab a coffee at one of its historic cafés.

The afternoon is free for you to explore at your own pace — stroll the charming alleys, take a gondola ride or shop for Venetian masks and glass.

In the evening, we’ll come together for a Venetian food tour, sampling local delicacies and learning about the city’s rich culinary traditions.

Day 4 | March 29th, 2027 Island Hopping - Murano, Burano & Torcello

Today, after breakfast, we’ll set out on a scenic excursion to explore the enchanting islands of the Venetian Lagoon.

Our first stop is Murano, world-famous for its centuries-old tradition of glassmaking — we’ll visit a local workshop to witness the art in action.

Next, we head to the colorful island of Burano, known for its brightly painted houses and intricate handmade lace.

We’ll then visit Torcello, the oldest of the lagoon islands, home to the historic Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and a peaceful, rustic charm.

Day 5 | March 30th, 2027 Venice at Leisure & Venetian Melodies

Day 6 | March 31th, 2027 From Venice to Florence – Tuscan Views Await

This morning, after breakfast, we’ll take a train from Venice to Florence, a journey through the scenic Italian countryside.

Upon arrival in Florence, we’ll check in to our hotel and settle in.

Later in the day, we’ll visit Piazzale Michelangelo, a famous panoramic viewpoint offering breathtaking views over the city’s skyline, including the iconic Duomo and Arno River — a perfect spot for photos as the sun begins to set.

We’ll also enjoy a walk to the Ponte Vecchio, Florence’s oldest and most famous bridge, lined with charming shops offering jewelry and souvenirs.

Next, we’ll visit Palazzo Vecchio for a guided tour, the city’s historic town hall and former residence of the powerful Medici family.

Later, we’ll visit the Galleria dell’Accademia, home to Michelangelo’s iconic David sculpture – a true masterpiece of Renaissance art.

Day 8 | April 2nd, 2027 Coastal Magic – Day Trip to Cinque Terre

This string of five colorful fishing villages – Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore – clings to the dramatic cliffs along the Ligurian Sea. Each village has its own charm, with vibrant houses, winding lanes, and breathtaking sea views.

You’ll have time to explore the scenic trails, enjoy fresh seafood, relax by the sea, and soak in the unforgettable beauty of the Italian Riviera.

In the evening, we’ll return to Florence, bringing back memories of a truly magical coastal escape.

Day 10 | April 4th, 2027 Tuscan Treasures – Siena & San Gimignano

Today, we’ll set off on a full-day journey through the heart of Tuscany, exploring two of the region’s most captivating towns.

Our first destination is Siena, a beautifully preserved medieval city renowned for its rich heritage and striking architecture.

Next, we’ll visit San Gimignano, known as the “Medieval Manhattan” for its skyline of ancient towers. Wander its cobblestone streets, discover local artisan shops and enjoy the charming atmosphere.

Day 11 | April 5th, 2027 Pisa & Farewell to Florence

Today, we’ll take a day trip to Pisa, home to the world-famous Leaning Tower.

This morning, we will transfer to the airport for our return journey.
