Your journey begins in Athens, where ancient history and modern city life meet. Explore the Acropolis, the Parthenon and the Acropolis Museum, walk the marble track of the Panathenaic Stadium and watch the sun set from Lycabettus Hill.

Fly north to Thessaloniki for a walking and food tour through its Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman past, a tasting at the award-winning Ktima Gerovassiliou estate and a day at the Pozar Thermal Baths and the waterfalls of Edessa. Travel the Olympus Riviera to Meteora, where monasteries crown towering pillars of rock.

Finish with four nights on Rhodes, among the knights’ walls of the Medieval City, the whitewashed lanes and hilltop acropolis of Lindos, island wines and a free day for the beach, before a farewell dinner in Athens.

The Greek Goddesses and Gods set off on an overnight flight to Athens. International flights are not included in the tour price, and Nord Skies is happy to help you book yours free of charge.

Day 2 | Sat, September 4th, 2027 Welcome to Greece!

Day Overview:

Arrive in Athens and transfer to the hotel for check-in. After time to rest and refresh, enjoy a gentle introduction to the city.

Depending on arrival time, take a relaxed walk through the Plaka neighborhood and Monastiraki Square, where narrow streets, local shops and cafés offer a first taste of Athens’ historic charm beneath the Acropolis.

Day 3 | Sun, September 5th, 2027 Ancient Athens

Explore Athens’ most iconic landmarks with visits to the Acropolis and the Parthenon, symbols of classical Greek civilization and architectural achievement.

Continue to the Acropolis Museum for deeper insight into ancient life, art and mythology. The evening is free to enjoy dinner at your own pace.

Day 4 | Mon, September 6th, 2027 Ancient Athens Continued & Sunset Views

With a licensed guide, visit the Temple of Olympian Zeus, once among the largest temples of the ancient world, followed by the Panathenaic Stadium, the marble venue of the first modern Olympic Games.

Later, ascend Lycabettus Hill, the highest point in central Athens, for sweeping sunset views across the city to the Acropolis and the sea.

In the afternoon, drive south to the award-winning Ktima Gerovassiliou estate in Epanomi for a guided tour and tasting. Learn about regional grape varieties such as Malagousia and the modern revival of Greek wine.

Day 7 | Thu, September 9th, 2027 Pozar Thermal Baths & Edessa

Visit the Byzantine Church of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary in Kalambaka, one of the most important religious sites in the region.

After breakfast, board a flight to Rhodes, the largest of the Dodecanese islands, known for its medieval charm and coastal beauty. Upon arrival, visit Kounaki Wines for a guided vineyard tour and tasting, an introduction to the island’s distinctive grape varieties and winemaking traditions.

Later, check in at the hotel and take time to refresh. In the evening, gather for dinner in Rhodes Old Town, where cobblestone streets and historic surroundings create a magical island setting.

Day 12 | Tue, September 14th, 2027 Discovering Rhodes

Begin with a guided walking tour through the UNESCO-listed Medieval City of Rhodes, one of the best preserved medieval towns in Europe. Wander the cobbled lanes and the Street of the Knights, then visit the Palace of the Grand Master of the Knights of Rhodes, a fortress palace that reflects the power of the Knights of St. John. Continue to Mandraki Harbor, where the legendary Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, is said to have stood.

In the afternoon, trade history for relaxation with time at Agia Agathi Beach, known for its golden sand and crystal-clear water.

Day 13 | Wed, September 15th, 2027 Lindos: Whitewashed Charm & Coastal Beauty

Drive along the eastern coast of the island to the village of Lindos, known for its whitewashed houses, narrow lanes and views over turquoise bays. Stroll through the village before climbing with a licensed guide to the Acropolis of Lindos, perched dramatically above the sea, with sweeping views of St. Paul’s Bay and the Aegean.

Later, unwind at one of the beaches of Lindos before returning to Rhodes Town.
