🚨 Important: You must have a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate to enter Uganda. If you haven’t received this vaccine yet, please schedule it immediately – it is a required document for your visa and at the airport.

➡ Step 1: Gather These Documents First
- Passport-style photo (JPG or PNG)
- Scan or photo of your passport’s photo page
- PDF of your flight itinerary (Please use the PDF file of the itinerary we sent on email, if you need it again, please email us at – info@nordskies.com)
- Yellow Fever vaccination certificate
- Credit or debit card for the $50 USD visa fee

➡ Step 4: Submit and Pay
The visa fee is $50 USD. Pay online using a credit or debit card.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Application ID – keep it safe. This will be required to check the status of your Visa application.
Reminder: Apply no later than September 1, 2025 to ensure timely processing.
➡ Step 5: Wait for Your Visa Approval
Visa approval typically takes 2 – 5 business days. You’ll receive a PDF visa approval letter via email. Print it and bring it with your passport when traveling.
➡ Step 6: Arriving in Uganda
At Entebbe International Airport, be ready to present:
- Your passport (valid for at least 6 more months)
- Your printed visa approval letter
- Your Yellow Fever certificate
Note: Uganda no longer offers visas on arrival. You must have your approval letter in hand before departure.
